ADS is made up of a dedicated group of aviation and UAV experts.

We have qualified pilots who fly both aircraft and UAVs. We have fully licensed pilots certified by the relevant Civil Aviation Authorities, and we operate internationally. In association with Heli-X Charters (Pty) Ltd, Reg CAA/G1190D.

We have qualified NDT (Non-Destructive Test) Inspectors that are fully qualified GWO (Global Wind Organization) approved and compliant with American Society for Nondestructive Testing (ASNT), International Electrical Testing Association (NETA), ASTM International (ASTM), International Institute of Building Enclosure Consultants (IBEC), National Organization of Remediators and Mold Inspectors (NORMI), National Association of Commercial Building Inspectors and Thermographers (NACRI), Society for Maintenance & Reliability Professionals (SMRP) & International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI)

About Us - Our Search & Rescue

We are a Non-Profit Organisation committed to saving lives, supporting emergency services, and strengthening community safety in Port Elizabeth and surrounding areas. Using advanced drone technology — including DJI Matrice 300 aircraft equipped with thermal imaging and live-stream capabilities — we assist in search and rescue missions, coastal monitoring, and real-time emergency response.

Missing persons cases, fast-spreading fires, unsafe public spaces, and environmental risks remain ongoing challenges in our communities. We work alongside fire departments, police, and rescue teams to provide aerial support, improved situational awareness, and faster decision-making when every second matters.

With 5 years of search and rescue experience and over 20 years in the aviation industry, our team understands the urgency, responsibility, and precision required during critical operations. Our role is to bridge the gap between the public and emergency services by offering technology, trained personnel, and rapid response capabilities at no cost to those in need.

Looking ahead, our vision is to expand our services by training more responders, opening branches across South Africa, and launching a free helicopter emergency medical service — ensuring that no life is ever left behind because of distance, time, or financial limitations.
